1. The service

MandiKhata provides digital ledger, billing, inventory, payroll, reporting, AI assistant and related tools for mandi businesses. Features may vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login and device secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate business information and use the app only for lawful purposes.

3. Your data

You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for the correctness of entries, bills and reports generated from it. We recommend keeping cloud backup enabled.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are shown in INR and may include applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy.

5. AI assistant

AI answers, suggestions and price predictions are for guidance only and may not always be accurate. Please verify important figures before acting on them.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MandiKhata is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect data entry, device loss, or third-party service outages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.

8. Governing law
