• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

After 7 days

Renewals and payments older than 7 days are not refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime and continue using the plan until the end of the paid period.

Payments made through Google Play

For in-app purchases made via Google Play, refunds follow Google Play's refund process; we will help you raise the request.
