MandiKhata ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on mandikhata.com and in the MandiKhata app, and how we use it. हम आपकी निजता का सम्मान करते हैं।
1. Information you give us
- When you fill a contact, demo or call-back form: name, mobile number, and optionally email, city/mandi, business type and your message.
- When you contact us on phone, email or WhatsApp: the details you share in that conversation.
2. Information collected automatically on this website
- Pages and sections viewed, buttons clicked, scroll depth and time spent on the page.
- Device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, IP address, and the website or campaign (UTM link) that referred you.
- A random visitor ID stored in your browser's local storage so we can understand repeat visits. It does not contain your name or number.
3. How we use it
- To call / WhatsApp you back about the product, demo or pricing you asked about.
- To improve our website and understand which campaigns work.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
We do not sell your personal information. App ledger data (your khata, bills, parties) belongs to you and is never used for advertising.
4. Storage & security
Website data is stored on our secured hosting server in a database that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorised MandiKhata staff. We use HTTPS encryption on all pages.
5. Retention
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to serve you, and website activity logs are periodically deleted (typically after 6–12 months).
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email support@mandikhata.com or call +91 92688 87888.
7. Third-party services
We may use Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Links to Google Play, WhatsApp and social networks are governed by those platforms' policies.
